Spirited Punk Rock Yoga

An event benefiting Friends of Cudahy Library.
This is not your typical yoga class. Healium Hot Yoga's Sarah Filzen will be leading a one hour (regular temperature) beginner/intermediate BYO mat yoga session inside the X-Ray Arcade with a killer punk rock soundtrack. Work up a good thirst — your admission includes a domestic draft beer or well drink of your choosing (or a non-alcoholic bev for those under 21) after the session.
