Inspired by the past, rad now and forever. Widacre was born in Milwaukee and grown from a desire to make emotionally driven punk music. It’s the good-looking, not-so- well behaved musical child of two buddies, John and Kevin. In time, that bad boy grew into a five-piece crew to ensure maximum radness. They’ll even go straight up hardcore on you. Just ask politely.

Drawing on the more melodic side of indie rock and emo, the band’s music recalls the sounds of everyone from The Get Up Kids and Mock Orange to darker and moodier acts like No Knife and Cursive. Interlocking guitars, layered vocal harmonies and driving rhythms are all present in the band’s output. Those seeking straightforward and energetic songwriting will find much to enjoy in Flat Teeth.

The band led by Reynaldo "Rey Rey" Jenkins is a former preacher originally from Racine, WI. He is currently wanted for questioning in the Southwest for a decades long crime spree, so understandably makes limited public appearances. Armed primarily by his backing band these days, Reynaldo Jenkins and the Teardrops promise to melt faces with their brand of drug-addled garage punk doo-wop.
