Healium Hot Yoga's Sarah Filzen will be leading a one hour intermediate BYO mat yoga session at X-Ray Arcade with a killer punk rock soundtrack.
Work up a good thirst — your admission includes a domestic beer, rail drink, hard seltzer, or N/A beverage of your choice.
And THEN stick around for the PACKERS GAME and the heavy metal masters of RAVEN and help undo all the good you just did to your poor body!
