Dead Rest was born in 2018 and heavily influenced by the underground Chicago punk scene while still being located in a small, rural dive-bar town. Cliché but catchy lyrics often about drunken nights, terrible mistakes, and mental health. Dead Rest aims to create music that not only appeals to the average punk rocker but to write relatable and emotionally driven songs.
