Hosted by TRL mainstay Carson Daly and with a bevy of midriff-baring guests, you do not want to miss this once twice-in-a-lifetime chance to experience the new millennium along with all your JNCO-bedecked, red Yankee-capped and/or Abercrombie-sporting friends!
